Today's Three Sunshine (Gratitude) Moments:  

1. Wedding was wonderful - weather, family, friends and food. I always have to include food.
2. Lazy day - complete with pineapple sundae in the afternoon at Dairy Queen.
3. Beet and bean salad turned out okay. One brother loved it - but didn't seem to match my expectations. Not sure if will try again or not.
